ともだち初号機を制作するアルチザンデザインスタジオよりサルベージした塗装見本。
白いボディに血しぶきが飛び散るようなモデルを作ってみたい、とアルチザンのI君に相談したところ、作られた作品。
赤でやるとリアルすぎるかなと思い、蛍光のピンクで表現してみましたが十分に気持ち悪く、発売は延期しました。
一見真っ白に見えるボディですが、実はプリズムカラーというマジョーラにも似た特殊塗料のテストとしても開発されました。
さりげないこともあり、商品化に関してはもっと派手で目立つプリズム色になると思います。
目口、エンブレムは人気のフルメタルジャケットモデルと同色となっています。
本物のマスターピースを証明する、日本の職人によるレーザー刻印されたステンレスのネームタグが付属します。
This is a paint sample salvaged from Artisan Design Studio, the team behind the creation of Tomodachi First machine.
I had discussed with Mr. I from Artisan about creating a model featuring blood splatter on a white body. This piece was the result of that conversation.
I initially considered using red, but thought it might look too realistic, so we tried fluorescent pink instead. However, it still turned out quite disturbing, so we postponed the release.
At first glance, the body appears pure white, but it was actually developed as a test using a special prism paint—similar to Maziora—that changes color depending on the angle.
Since the effect is rather subtle here, the final commercial version will likely feature a more vibrant and eye-catching prism color.
The eyes, mouth, and emblem are painted in the same color as the popular Full Metal Jacket model.
It comes with a stainless steel name tag, laser-engraved by a Japanese craftsman, as proof of it being an authentic masterpiece.
