昨年、日本橋の現代アートギャラリー27GALLERY TOKYOさまにて、オークション形式で販売されたものを復刻させた個体となります。
アルチザンデザインスタジオのエースペインターI氏しか出来ないのがこのダズル迷彩です。
第一次世界大戦で開発された迷彩模様で、周囲に溶け込んで姿を隠すのではなく、幾何学模様を使って対象物の輪郭、大きさ、進行方向、速度などを誤認させるための迷彩塗装です。
制作に大変な時間を要するために今回はTOKY、27GALLERYさま、二社のストック個体、そして今回のオークション用の合計3体のみが制作されました。
エンブレム、目、口、バックパック上部にレインボー塗装を施しているのも特徴です。
本物のマスターピースを証明する、日本の職人によるレーザー刻印されたステンレスのネームタグが付属します。
This is a reissue of a piece that was sold at auction last year at 27GALLERY TOKYO, a contemporary art gallery in Nihonbashi.
This Dazzle camouflage can only be created by Mr. I, the ace painter at Artisan Design Studio.
Developed during World War I, this camouflage pattern is designed not to blend into the surroundings and conceal the object, but to use geometric patterns to mislead the observer about the object’s outline, size, direction of movement, and speed.
Because the production process is extremely time-consuming, a total of three units were produced this time: one each from the stock of TOKY and 27GALLERY, plus one specifically for this auction.
Another distinctive feature is the rainbow paint applied to the emblem, eyes, mouth, and the top of the backpack.
It comes with a stainless steel name tag, laser-engraved by a Japanese craftsman, as proof of it being an authentic masterpiece.
