絶大な人気を誇る、錨くんのデコレーションマスター、通称:デコマスです。
こちらは2回販売されたうちの最初のロット用のデコマスで、昨年にサルベージされたもう一つの個体を本オークションに出品しております。
この錨くんは、全てのモデルの中でも多くのプロトタイプやデコマスが存在します。
その理由としては、作業工程が複雑なことや、製品版になるまで何度もプロトタイプが作られたことに起因します。
ボディの成形や塗装は販売品と大きくは異なりませんが、最大の特徴が2箇所あります。
右肩の錨マークしか貼られていないこと(これは前回出品作品と同じ)と、もう一点は後頭部のエンブレムが異なるカラーで着色されていることです。
エンブレムは本来、薄いパープルグレーなのですが、この個体は周りの色と同じくライムグリーンで塗装されています。
現場に確認しても、その詳細は不明とのことです。
左肩にはお好みのデカールなどを貼られてもいいと思いますし、作業工程に思いを馳せ、陳列・鑑賞するのもいいと思います。

This is the "Decoration Master" (commonly known as "DecoMasu") of IKARI-kun, a character that boasts immense popularity.
This particular DecoMasu was created for the first production run out of the two times it was sold, and another piece salvaged last year is also listed in this auction.
Among all the models of IKARI-kun, this one has the largest number of prototypes and DecoMasu versions in existence.
The reason for this is due to the complexity of the production process and the fact that numerous prototypes were made before the final product version was completed.
While the molding and painting of the body do not differ greatly from the commercially sold version, there are two key distinguishing features.
The first is that only the anchor mark on the right shoulder is applied (the same as the one listed previously), and the second is that the emblem on the back of the head is painted in a different color.
Originally, the emblem should be a light purple-gray color, but on this particular piece, it is painted lime green to match the surrounding color.
Even after checking with the workshop, the exact reason for this remains unknown.
You might enjoy applying your favorite decal to the left shoulder, or simply reflecting on the production process while displaying and appreciating it.
It also comes with a laser-engraved stainless steel name tag, crafted by Japanese artisans, to certify it as a genuine masterpiece.
